WHAT DOES TAKE@HOME DO?

TAKE@HOME is a brand of personalized delivery services, from its website where most of the process takes place. We are in Bicas, Muda and we were born from the need to simplify the lives of its residents and visitors who deserve the best we have to offer.

TAKE@HOME guarantees a premium service, where the biggest concern is that our customer recognizes value in our service.


HOW CAN I ORDER?

Orders are placed at the address takeathome.pt

1-Start by selecting and adding the products you need, starting from a diverse offer. Meals carefully prepared, baskets of vegetables and fruit, bread, wine or even a Floats of Fun to live up to your summer. Add them to your Basket and when you are done proceed to the next step.

2- Fill in your details – with special attention
          – the contact telephone number.
          It will be by whatsapp and/or sms that you will receive all the information about the delivery; and
          – indications of the coordinates of your address.
          This point is equally essential to ensure that we do not fail to deliver as agreed.

3- The 3rd step will be to confirm the order and select the payment method.

Here you can choose to pay by MB/ATM reference, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Payment references are valid for 24 hours. After this period and if payment has not been made, your order will be cancelled.


I PLACED AN ORDER AND FORGOTTEN TO PAY

Your order will only be completed after your payment.
Look here and as agreed there we will be at your door.


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM DELIVERY AMOUNT?

The minimum order per delivery is €120, with delivery in one of the available periods – see schedules

Special orders generate special deliveries and, if you need a delivery outside the scheduled periods, you must consider the minimum value of €300 + VAT so that we can guarantee product availability and travel.


WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Our deliveries are made on the route between Pestana-Troia and Melides.
Localities within the aforementioned area are also included, such as Possanco, Pego, Muda, Brejos da Amada, Bicas, Brejinho, and others that we may consider depending on availability, such as Serra de Grandôla.


HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

When ordering, you must add your coordinates in the notes box with the utmost accuracy. Only with that certainty will we have the guarantee that we will be there as agreed.
It is also important that you somehow ensure that someone will be at home authorized to receive our delivery.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DAYS?

We deliver 4 days a week, in different periods:

– Morning: Wednesday – between 10 am and 1 pm.
– Afternoon: Tuesday and Friday – between 1 pm and 6 pm
– Saturday: between 12:00 and 18:00.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

This means that we will surely fail to deliver. And we don't want to!!
Any questions or adjustments that you need to make within the mentioned area, we are available to arrange the best way, talk to us and we will do the best we can.
If delivery is impossible due to lack of complete reference on the part of the customer, this will require a new appointment at the cost of €50 paid by MB.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GEO-REFERENCE IS NOT CORRECT?

This means that we will surely fail to deliver. And we don't want to!!
Any questions or adjustments that you need to make within the mentioned area, we are available to arrange the best way, talk to us and we will do the best we can.
If delivery is impossible due to lack of complete reference on the part of the customer, this will require a new appointment at the cost of €50 paid by MB.


DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE DEFINED PERIODS?

We always do to meet the needs of our customers and we thought our delivery periods in order to facilitate your choice.
To ensure an order outside the available hours, the customer must ensure the minimum order of €300 + VAT.
To assure you that we are happy to do so with this extra-hourly order, receive our Happy Order with 15% off your order.


WHAT PRODUCTS CAN WE FIND?

Our products are diverse and are based on completing the offer available to the Take@Home customer as much as possible.
The fantastic cuisine of the CHEF house in Lisbon, not forgetting its delicious sweets; the Pão da Gleba with natural fermentation processes that give it a unique lightness and flavor; 100% natural wild flower honey, not forgetting the seasonal fruit and vegetable baskets from our Loja da Horta, or the right wine from Quinta do Espinho to taste.
In addition, there is always Fancy Stork where you can find our collection and that of Floats of Fun and DathongaDesigns.


WHAT IS THE EXTRA LIST?

We have a varied list of products that we are always completing.
In addition to our partners, we have created an extra list to make sure you don't miss anything. Coffee, olive oil, salt or sugar, just tell us what you need and if it's not on the list we'll try to get it for you.


HOW CAN I IDENTIFY THE QUANTITIES TO ORDER?

All products have the designation of the average weight and/or number of people.


I PLACED AN ORDER AND WANT TO ADD MORE PRODUCTS

If you manage to notify us in good time until the eve of the delivery of the 1st order, we will do our best to deliver at the same time.


I PLACED AN ORDER AND I WANT TO CHANGE PRODUCTS

All changes must be confirmed directly with Take@Home and up to 48 hours in advance. This change must be for the same category and for an equal or greater value, with no refund of values in specimen or genera.


I MADE AN ORDER BUT I NEED TO CANCEL IT

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the delivery date and upon payment of a cancellation fee of €25.
After the previous period of 48 hours has passed, there will be no refund of values or any other compensation.


WHAT IS THE FLOATS OF FUN CAMPAIGN?

Floats of Fun is a Portuguese company, new to the market, which has everything to do with Take@Home. Their buoys are absolutely beautiful and delicious and we couldn't resist having them with us at our launch.
On the 1st of September we will draw among the participants, the Vieira and the Asas that will be awarded according to 2 steps:
1- Register as our customer here and
2- Post a photo of the campaign flyer on our Instagram or Facebook and tag 2 friends.


WHY REGISTER MY DATA?

Because if you're usually in the region, you'll want to know the best we have to offer. We will not tire you with sending information, but we will know who our customers are and thus improve our offer even more.


WHAT IS A HAPPY ORDER?

Happy Order is our offer for customers who order at least €300 + VAT in an order. With your delivery, you will receive a Happy Order that will give you 15% off your next order.
